We like it because it can take a bit of abuse and still shoot great. Also included are the fiberglass risers with maple lamination and a string. This is a great bow for beginners, but if you are taller than 5′ 7″ I recommend the adult bow.

Youth Bow

My top pick for a youth archer, is the iMay 45 Inch Beginner Recurve Bow Set Opens in a new tab.(link to Amazon). This 45″ bow is great for target shooting, and perfect for 10 years old and older. Here are some stats.
